hi,
today my day is hectic , with out going in to the waste part , just jump to the important matters,
i will spend some time with the career option of the cinema direction .
i should be more creative ,because this is a field of creativity , if it is not there we cannot survive.
i should be able to tell them the action which they can do very easily , i should be in a position to motivate to give out their best and cheer them towards giving the performance , they should automatically put their best. make them feel like they are on to the most challenging task and they are privileged to get that task .
always maintain ur confidence levels high, a man need confidence

my thoughts towards my aim.
on 27th sep .
at present iam in confusion, iam not able to decide which way to go in my life .
i have 3 options .
1) mba
2)ias
3)cinema direction .
just leave it like that,
at present today what all i have decided to do , what all the things i have learnt .
i started showing some attitude.
i didnot like to be suboedinate to some other person.
i am liking teasing others .
i want every thing to come to my feet , i should not go to them . for example if i want gals , they should come to me , and not me going to them .
i want to earn so much in life that i should get irritated with money . till then i want to earn.
icame to know that iam wasting a lot of time. i should do more hard work. i should manage my time more effectively .
keep only one aim. and work towards it otherwise u are going to waste ur time.
u have to improve urself in the fields in which u will have to compete with others in future ,
for example u have to hav good communication skills and oratory skills to convince the people to ur view point . never compromise and donot give any concessions on the concept whichu have mentioned .
i should get maximum benefit out of infosys and leave it.
ther e is no bad or good in this world there is only reason , what ever might be , if it is done with a reason , then it is valid . so always do some thing with a reason . donot take any thing in a negative sense , always give respect to the others opinion, and try to get to the conclusion as soon as possible . we want implementation and not rejection . just try to minimise the discussion and maximise the action .
i have learnt something from defence, i.e they have strict timelines and that is the reason they actually finish every thing in time . if som e time is given for the tea break then after the break they have to continue with their work other wise they will get punish ment . but what i have donr today , i came to break at about 3:40 pm i had tea , then i went back to my cabin , i came back to tea area again with other persons and chatted with them for about 15 min , and just like that went with john to the class of invigilation and stayed there , i this way i have wasted about 1.5 hours , so my dear fnd , u got to stick to deadly time lines , other wise u have to dedeicate ur life to infosys. at present think that every gal is a good gal . donot think in a negative way . they are very nice . they donot have any affairs , they are going to be married soon . they are born to enjoy. they are very sincere people .
today my fnds adviced me to go to film industry, they adviced me to go and do MBA in media and entertainment. so that i can have some base onwhich i can get some salary and also i can do some ground work for the film insustry.
until then i have to stay in infosys.
in the mean while i will write some stories , i have to do a lot of research regarding the films .
